Research on the Optimal Ordering and Shipping Scheme Based on TOPSIS and Objective Function Optimization Model

The selection of different suppliers, raw materials, and transportation options all have an impact on costs, so it is important to measure consider these factors keep costs as low possible. In this paper, we use the TOPSIS model analyze 240-week order quantity supplier's supply evaluate fulfillment determine most for optimal solution material ordering transportation. An objective function optimization applied ensure that inventory kept at least two weeks meet production demand, purchase price economical, depletion rate least, storage cost lowest, finally programmed analyzed.
